At Casablanca Custom Homes, we are committed to providing our clients with the very best.  We choose to build a smaller number of homes a year so that we can truly give 100 percent to each and every job.   Each client is given our undivided attention from the very first meeting, during every phase of construction thru the moment when their keys are presented.  We strive for excellence when it comes to Customer Service and are proud to say that our relationships with our clients continue long after closing.  It has been said many times how the experience of building a home is one of the most stressful and most unpleasant experiences one can live through—but, it doesn’t have to be that way.  Casablanca is changing that perception one home at a time.  We invite you to help us prove it.

WHAT WE DO

At Casablanca we want your experience of building your dream home to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.  We understand the pressures of making decisions, especially when there is little or no prior knowledge to base them upon.  That’s where we come in.  Together with our hand-picked group of sub-contractors we will achieve your dream for you. We guide you through the process every step of the way with our experienced team assisting you to make selections of your exterior materials, hardware, plumbing fixtures, etc.  We will even provide you with interior design services.  If you would like to take advantage of this complimentary service, Casablanca will introduce you to our Preferred Interior Designer who will guide you in the sometimes daunting process of coordinating and choosing finishes, furnishings and fabrics.  We want your expectations to be high because we know that our standards will exceed them.
